Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Courier service outside of these hours may be available by request only and is subject to an after-hours surcharge.

Courier Service Terms & Conditions

Courier service is optional and provided solely as a convenience.

  • All courier fees, including any applicable surcharges, are clearly communicated and approved by the customer in advance.

  • Courier service is performed during published service hours, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • After-hours service, if approved, is subject to an additional surcharge, which will be disclosed and approved prior to dispatch.

  • Pricing may vary based on distance, urgency, traffic conditions, wait time, or multiple stops.

  • Once courier service has been dispatched, fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, access restrictions, incorrect address information, or customer unavailability.

  • Items must be ready for pickup and securely packaged at the scheduled time.

  • Courier service does not include diagnostics, repair services, or warranty coverage, unless expressly stated in the approved estimate.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, internal component failures, or issues unrelated to courier handling.

  • Availability, pricing, and service scope may change without notice.

By requesting courier service, the customer confirms they have reviewed and approved the pricing, service hours, any applicable surcharges, and the terms listed above.
